Can a virtual office address be used to open a bank account?

Yes — banks accept a virtual office as your company’s registration and correspondence address; when opening an account, the bank may separately require proof of the director’s residential address.

Is a virtual office legal?

Completely legal. The Companies Ordinance only requires the registered address to be a real Hong Kong address that can receive mail, which a virtual office address satisfies; our company holds a TCSP licence to provide this service.

Can you receive packages and parcels?

We primarily receive government and bank correspondence; small document parcels can be received and you’ll be notified for collection — for large shipments, please contact us in advance to arrange.
